Yo! Eggs are delicious poached eggs made from plants. They’re for yolk lovers who want to indulge in a food experience that will delight their palates while easily adding more plants to their diet.
Yo! Eggs contain soy.
It is made primarily of soy and chickpea. The full list of ingredients is: water, vegetable oil (sunflower and/or canola oil), soy protein, chickpea protein, 2% or less of: [potato starch, yeast, seaweed extract, beta carotene, paprika extract, calcium lactate, salt, potassium salt, lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, maltodextrin, methylcellulose, carob gum].
We have a poached egg with a perfectly runny yolk. The eggs go great with an eggs benedict dish and sunny side-up egg that will surprise every taster; it stands up to every expectation, And we have big plans for hard-boiled eggs, hollandaise sauce and more!
